This memo sets out the hiring profile, sourcing plan, CTC bands, and KRAs for two roles at Entity 2 Energy Storage: a Tech Business Development Manager and a supporting Battery Integration Assistant. The two roles are designed to function together the way a power management layer works with its balancing circuit the BD Manager directs where deal energy is routed and prioritized, while the assistant keeps every technical claim in that flow accurate and every integration question answered before it can stall a deal.
Role 1: Tech Business Development Manager
Mandate
Own the commercial front for Pinakin HPFC, Rudra SMR-TAEPGR, and SSSB converting technical capability into signed MoUs, licensing deals, and pilot commitments, in the pattern of the elvoX, Tata Green Batteries, and Digatron relationships.
