Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and enhance web and database software applications using open source technologies to support Visas Legal, Compliance and Privacy business operations
- Configure and implement packaged applications and develop integrations with other packaged applications or custom applications in our ecosystem
- Review business requirements and develop detailed system architecture, technical designs, pseudo code and data flow documentations




- Work with multiple engineering teams and collaborate to deliver secure, high performing and scalable solutions within expected timelines
- Participate in code reviews of peers, develop best practices
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks or deliverables to maximize business impact or benefit more of the time based on business needs
- Experience with Cross functional collaboration with product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to analyze system requirements, clarify expectations, and align technical solutions with business objectives
- Systems analysis and documentation, including reviewing existing applications, identifying gaps or inefficiencies, and contributing to solution design and process improvements
- Hands on experience in Defect management, including triaging issues, performing root cause analysis, coordinating fixes with development teams, and validating resolutions
