About the Role

We’re looking for a creative Communication Designer & Video Editor who can transform ideas into compelling visual content. You’ll design social media creatives, edit engaging videos and reels, and help shape Shinon’s visual identity across digital platforms.

What You’ll Do

* Design social media posts, carousels, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral.

* Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Create motion graphics, text animations, and engaging visual storytelling.





* Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaign concepts.

* Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials.

* Stay updated with design, social media, and video trends.

What We’re Looking For

* Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus).

* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual communication.

* Experience editing short-form videos and social media content.

* A creative mindset with attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

* A portfolio showcasing design and video editing work is mandatory.

Preferred

* Comfortable brainstorming creative concepts.

* Basic photography or videography skills are a plus.

* Understanding of social media content formats and platform best practices.
