Role Context:

This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role sitting at the centre of People & Culture function. The Program Manager will work directly with the Director - P&C; to operationalize org-wide people initiatives - such as pulse surveys, performance initiatives, engagement programs, and leadership reporting.



Think of this person as the engine behind P&C; execution.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Program Management:
- Own end-to-end planning, tracking, and closure of cross-functional people programs (engagement, L&D;, HRBP, internal comms)
- Build and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and governance frameworks
- Create MRM and MBR decks - collate data, synthesize insights, and prepare leadership-ready reports
- Track action items and decisions across review cycles; follow up with stakeholders proactively

Data, Metrics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze people metrics - attrition, performance, engagement scores - on a regular cadence
- Convert raw data into actionable insights and visualizations for P&C; leadership
- Build dashboards and reporting templates that bring visibility to program health and risks
- Manage pulse survey execution - from design and distribution to collation and insight sharin
