Role Description
The Business Development Executive role at Dazzle is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build a solid sales pipeline in the lighting solutions market. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, presenting product offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role also involves managing key accounts,



maintaining long-term client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. The Business Development Executive will track market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies to support revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Ability to drive Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Business acumen, including understanding of sales processes, pricing, and market positioning in B2B environments.
