About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Manager to drive the successful execution of technology and business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, design teams, and external development partners to ensure that requirements are clearly defined, workflows are mapped effectively, solutions are thoroughly tested, and project outcomes align with business objectives.

This role is focused on program coordination, workflow design, requirement management, testing, and stakeholder communication rather than hands-on software development or minor coding.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple projects from requirement gathering through implementation and rollout.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate regular project review meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.




• Understand business requirements and translate them into structured workflows and process maps.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability.
• Document end-to-end business processes, user journeys, and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and design specifications.
• Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to external development teams.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate testing activities with stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of coordination between business users, design teams, vendors, and external development partners.
• Maintain project documentation, process documentation, and implementation records.
