Role Description
The Youth Lead is a part time, remote role responsible for supporting and guiding youth-focused initiatives within Eta Marketing Solution’s campaigns and community programs. This role involves coordinating youth-centered activities, contributing ideas for engaging youth audiences,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure youth perspectives are reflected in marketing strategies and content. The Youth Lead will communicate regularly with young participants, gather feedback, and help shape programs that build skills, confidence, and digital awareness among youth. Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing youth sessions, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, documenting program outcomes, and suggesting improvements based on participant needs and responses. The role requires proactive collaboration, consistent follow-up, and an interest in digital media and social impact.

Qualifications
