ABOUT SHIKHA INSTITUTE OF EDUCATION

Established in 2022, Shikha Institute of Education is on a mission to transform education at scale. We are building a high-quality, affordable, and scalable education system that enables every child to access meaningful learning experiences and realise their full potential.

Our work spans curriculum and assessment design, educational research, pedagogy, teacher development, school leadership, and academic systems. By strengthening each of these building blocks, we seek to create lasting improvements in student learning outcomes and support whole-school transformation.

YOUR ROLE
- Lead government engagement:

Serve as the primary contact with state and central education departments, SCERTs, and schools.
- Drive flagship projects:

Represent Shikha on PMUs,



track implementation, and ensure timely delivery of commitments under MoUs.
- Build strategic collaborations:

Cultivate trusted networks with senior officials, draft and finalize MoUs/partnership agreements, and unlock opportunities for systemic change.
- Shape insights:

Identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in implementation; channel field learnings back into Shikha’s curriculum and training programs.
- Represent Shikha nationally:

Travel across India for reviews, consultations, monitoring visits, and present outcomes and policy briefs.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience:

8–10 years of total qualified experience, including relevant experience working with government stakeholders. Experience in working with the education sector.
- Education:

Master’s degree in Public Policy, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field (graduates from premier inst
