- Strategic Procurement:
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for mustard seeds to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply
- Monitor market trends, price movements, and crop forecasts
- Vendor Management:
- Identify, assess, and build relationships with mustard seed suppliers, farmers, mandis, and traders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to ensure best terms
- Procurement Operations:
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process including planning, ordering, and receiving
