You will lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a multi-country HCM offering, while managing a team of Product Managers.
Your days will range from coaching PMs and aligning executives, to prioritizing investments and leading product launches.
YOUR ROLE:
Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of ADP’s HCM marketplace products, delivering solutions that create value for clients and the business. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and launch impactful products. Use customer insights, market trends, and data to prioritize features and optimize product performance. Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery while aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Bring robust product management expertise, customer focus, and analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
*Product Strategy & Roadmap*
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify market opportunities through customer research and competitive analysis
- Prioritize initiatives based on impact, customer value, and feasibility
*Product Development & Execution*
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations across the product lifecycle
- Drive AI adoption into product development
- Manage launches, adoption, and post-launch optimization
*People Leadership*
- Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers and Sr Product Managers
- Set goals, coach, and build career development plans
- Drive resource planning, capacity management, and succession planning
*Stakeholder Management*
- Align product priorities with organizational goals alongside senior leadership
- Communicate strategies, risks, and outcomes to executives
