Job Title: US Soft Collections (International Voice)

Job Description
We are hiring Collection Executives for our US Soft Collections Process. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International US Voice Process are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a US Voice Process (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24x7 setting).
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 4.5 LPA 5.0 LPA (45,000 – 50,000 CTC per month)
