Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode. The person in this role is responsible for identifying and cultivating recent business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates, and promoting Catalyst’s commerce programs to prospective learners and institutional partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting revenue and enrollment targets,



conducting market research, managing the sales pipeline, and nurturing relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. The role involves coordinating with marketing and academic teams to design campaigns, events, and outreach activities, as well as tracking performance metrics and preparing reports for leadership. This position also includes mentoring the sales team, improving processes, and representing Catalyst at events, seminars, and other engagement activities in and around Kozhikode.

Qualifications
- Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in relationship building, stakeholder management, and partnership development with educational institutions or corporate clients.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and use insights to shape growth strategies and outreach plans.
