Designation: Associate - Audit & Assurance

Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Post Qualification)

Location: Kolkata

Qualification:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 0 to 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Freshers with a strong academic and practical training background are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and limited reviews of clients.




- Ensure compliance with auditing standards, Accounting Standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare audit reports, management letters, and compliance checklists.
- Assist in risk assessment, internal controls evaluation, and process improvements.
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulators for audit-related matters.
- Provide support in Income Tax, GST, and other statutory filings where relevant.
- Work in a team environment and assist seniors/partners in the execution of assignments.

Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Auditing Standards, the Companies Act, and Tax Laws.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and audit tools/software.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven setting.
