- Strategic re-design of current collection strategy; including treatment hierarchy, report standards and system enhancements.
- Develop Digital Channels for contactless collections for cost optimization.
- Optimize treatment on performance of Pre-Delinquency Management Early Delinquency Management utilizing customer attributes and behavioural model techniques along with analytics team and design the matchmaking of Risk vs Channel.
- Work with alternate channel (Omni Channels) to develop strategies including email, SMS and letters with additional focus on the delivery and overall, MIS process.
- To develop monitor the robust governance mechanism across the collection processes for adherence of regulatory requirements.
- Ensure to execute the collection processes as defined in Collection policy SOPs. Carried out periodic amendments in Policy SOPs basis any changes proposed by regulatory.
- Ensure to have robust collection platform which can be leveraged by collections team to ease out their day-to-day operations., co-ordinate with the development team to enhance the platform as per our requirements support in conducting UAT and ensure implementation within specified timelines.
- Analyzes metrics and provides periodic reports to management and other key stakeholders for performance-to-goal realization.
- Provides inputs in designing the Agency payout Incentive for In-house team.
- Ensure to check the effective collection mechanism for reduction in cost to collect.
- Setting up Targets and monitoring their performances.
- Annual Budgeting activity on NPA GCL along with the cost budgeting and ensure the actuals are within the budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of strategies.
