Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate current medical, surgical, rehabilitation and healthcare products for distribution.
- Research and onboard new manufacturers,



principals and companies for exclusive/non-exclusive distribution partnerships.
- Develop strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging products, industry trends and competitor activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and distribution agreements with suppliers.
- Analyze inventory and implement strategies for liquidation of slow-moving and near-expiry stocks.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Warehouse teams to improve stock movement.
- Recommend promotional activities to improve sales of ageing inventory.
- Monitor product performance, profitability and demand trends.
- Prepare product comparison reports, costing analysis and business proposals for management.
- Ensure timely coordination with internal departments for product launches and inventory planning.
