Role Description
The Referral Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare partners to increase patient referrals to Oncoxpert. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing referral marketing activities,



conducting market visits, organizing outreach programs, and presenting Oncoxpert’s services to potential referral sources. The role also requires tracking referral trends, gathering feedback from partners, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth referral experience, and preparing regular reports on referral performance. The Referral Marketing Executive collaborates with the broader marketing and sales teams to align referral initiatives with overall brand and growth strategies.
