Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will greet and assist customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable jewelry pieces to support sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include explaining product features and certifications, handling billing and documentation, managing displays, and maintaining the overall presentation of the showroom. The role also involves following up with customers, supporting promotional activities, and working closely with the team to meet individual and store sales targets. The Sales Executive is expected to uphold high standards of service, professionalism,



and integrity in all customer interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills, with a professional and courteous approach to clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to understand customer needs, present product options, and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry types, gold and silver purity, hallmarking, and certified diamonds, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Attention to detail in billing, documentation, and showroom display, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems or basic computer applications for invoicing and inventory checks.
- Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods, is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site during showroom hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Minimum high school diplom
