Job Purpose
- Lead the company’s India Legal Team, securing the proper assessment of the legal risks and finding solutions to minimize them in a business-oriented way, as well as to conduct the Fair Trade/Competition Law projects. Support Compliance initiatives and responsibilities, keeping the high standards aligned with APAC.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Advisory & Risk Management
- Provide expert advice to internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the management and resolution of a diverse range of legal, regulatory, security, compliance matters which impact the organization’s capacity to achieve its strategic goals.
- Advise management on legal risks related to business operations and strategic decisions, providing practical, business-oriented legal solutions that support organizational objectives while minimizing legal exposure.
- Handle litigation, disputes, notices, investigations, and regulatory matters.

- Support implementation and monitoring of compliance tools for third-party screening and fair competition law compliance.
- Ensure alignment of local legal and compliance practices with regional and global governance standards.
Fair Trade & Competition Law
- Conduct Fair Trade Projects, securing the hiring of a specialized law firm in alignment with Corporate Legal, collecting all the data required from the other departments in order to build a solid defense to avoid extra cost to the Company.
