Role Overview

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will support the execution of SalesDuo’s social media and community-led strategy. The role will focus on creating content & strategy across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, and Facebook groups.

The ideal candidate should have worked on social media content and community engagement for a B2B SaaS product before. This is a full-time, paid internship opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and publishing social media content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube Shorts, Reddit and Facebook groups




- Research and create content on on ecommerce related topics to create content like AI in ecommerce, Amazon SEO, AEO, Rufus, COSMO and competitor content
- Support creation of basic creatives, carousels, short videos and product screenshots using Canva, Figma, or similar tools
- Convert product features into simple social media posts focused on user benefits
- Help identify and track potential clients for SalesDuo active on social platforms
- Engage with relevant posts, communities and discussions to increase visibility
- Monitor comments, DMs, and replies and flag relevant leads or demo interest to the team
- Help schedule and publish content consistently
- Track basic performance metrics such as impressions, engagement, clicks, demo interest and follower growth
- Maintain a simple content calendar and social media tracker
