Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Caller role based in Noida. The Caller will engage with prospective and existing clients via phone, explain CorpZo’s services clearly, and respond to basic queries related to corporate, legal, and financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls,



handling inbound inquiries, collecting and updating client information, and scheduling follow-up conversations or meetings for senior team members. The role also involves maintaining call logs, documenting client interactions in CRM or internal systems, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery. The Caller is expected to meet calling and conversion targets while maintaining a professional, courteous, and client-focused approach.
