Role Description:

We are seeking a energetic and creative Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to support RegTrac’s brand, communication, and outreach strategies. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise with an interest in regulatory affairs, ensuring that all communications reflect our domain authority and global credibility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Design and implement the Marketing Induction Program for onboarding new hires.




- Manage and update the company website (WordPress + Elementor), publishing blogs and creating service pages aligned with regulatory topics.
- Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and event visuals for international expos and client engagements.
- Plan and execute end-to-end social media and digital marketing campaigns; track analytics and report ROI.
- Support marketing budget planning and performance evaluation through metrics and insights.
- Liaise with internal experts to author, edit, and submit award nominations and thought leadership content.
- Represent RegTrac at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote services and engage prospects.
- Provide real-time event coordination support, including pre/post-event marketing and technical setup.
