Position Summary:

The Vice President – Ophthalmic Devices Division is responsible for providing strategic leadership, business growth, operational excellence, and innovation for Shukra Medtech's ophthalmic devices business. This executive will lead the division from product strategy and commercialization to sales, regulatory compliance, manufacturing coordination, and customer engagement while ensuring sustainable profitability and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan for the Ophthalmic Devices Division.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and current business opportunities.
- Drive innovation and expand the company's ophthalmic product portfolio.
- Establish annual business objectives, budgets, and growth targets.

Business Development:
- Develop relationships with ophthalmologists, hospitals, eye care chains, distributors, and key opinion leaders.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, licensing, and collaborations.
- Expand domestic and international market presence.




- Lead new product launches and commercialization strategies.

Product Management:
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle from concept to commercialization.
- Work closely with R&D;, engineering, and regulatory teams to develop competitive products.
- Monitor product performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Ensure products meet customer expectations and international quality standards.

Sales and Marketing Leadership:
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Lead regional sales teams and distributor networks.
- Design marketing campaigns, educational programs, and clinical engagement initiatives.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with applicable medical device regulations and quality standards.
