Job Scope:
The role focuses on managing and overseeing tax-related activities within the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations. The incumbent will support tax planning initiatives, collaborate with internal and external tax teams,
and ensure timely completion of tax audits and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in Tax Planning Initiatives: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for both direct and indirect tax planning to optimize the company's tax position and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Collaboration with Tax Teams: Actively interact with the India Tax Team and external advisors to seek clarifications on taxation-related matters. Stay informed about the latest developments and changes in tax laws to ensure the company's practices align with current regulations.
- Tax Audits and Returns: Oversee the completion of tax audits and the filing of tax returns, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and within required deadlines to avoid penalties.
