The Opportunity

We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader to build and scale Wirality's
Creator & Partnerships division
from the ground up.

This is not a traditional influencer-marketing role. You'll be responsible for creating an ecosystem of creators, athletes, celebrities, founders, brands, and communities that delivers value for both our clients and our own IPs.

You'll own the strategy, systems, partnerships, revenue,



and team-building required to turn this into a meaningful business vertical for the agency.

What You'll OwnCreator Network & Talent Ecosystem
- Build and maintain a segmented network of 500+ creators across categories, platforms, and formats.
- Develop relationships with talent managers, MCNs, creator agencies, and casting networks.
- Scout emerging creators and build an early-mover advantage across categories.
- Establish frameworks to evaluate creators beyond follower counts, considering engagement quality, audience fit, and storytelling ability.
- Build a roster of actors, performers, and talent for branded content and micro-drama productions.

Influencer Marketing & Campaign Ownership
- Own influencer campaigns end-to-end—from briefing and talent selection to contracting, approvals, and reporting.
- Build pricing frameworks across creator tiers, retainers, ambassador programmes, and celebrity partnerships.
