About Role-

A BIM Electrical Modeler specializing in Electrical systems plays a critical role in the design, coordination, and management of electrical components within building projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies.



Here are the key aspects of their responsibilities, skills and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
- Electrical Systems Modeling: Creating 3D models of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems using BIM software such as Revit MEP.
- Coordination: Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with other building components.
- Clash Detection and Resolution: Conducting clash detection analysis to identify and resolve conflicts between electrical systems and other building elements.
- Documentation: Generating detailed construction documents, including electrical drawings, schedules, specifications, and material quantities.

Develop electrical layouts including lighting, power, fire alarm, ELV, grounding, and lightning protection systems.
