Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation / ITIL Managing Skilled
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist CMDB

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise CMDB environments and collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Service Management teams.
