About the Role

Retro Tech is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Assistant Manager with 5–6 years of experience in digital and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth across global markets. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, creativity, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive website traffic, qualified leads, and revenue growth.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimize online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.




- Build and implement inbound marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and customer acquisition goals.
- Measure, track, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and other analytics platforms.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies across blogs, websites, email campaigns, and social media channels.
- Manage and strengthen the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content teams to create high-converting landing pages and improve user experience.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Perform A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the digital marketing team, ensuring timely execution of projects and campaigns.
