Job Description: Aptitude Trainer

Position Overview

Are you passionate about helping tech and engineering students master the analytical skills needed to crush corporate campus placements?

We are looking for a energetic Aptitude Trainer to deliver high-impact programs that enhance students' quantitative, logical, and reasoning abilities. In this role, you will move beyond traditional textbook methods to provide interactive, shortcut-driven training that effectively prepares our engineering/B.Tech students to excel in top-tier corporate recruitment assessments and competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

· High-Impact Delivery: Conduct interactive sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning (LR), and Data Interpretation (DI).

· Core Topic Coverage: Masterfully teach core topics: Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Probability, P&C;, Seating Arrangements, Syllogisms, and Coding-Decoding.

· Speed & Strategy: Teach advanced mathematical shortcuts and speed-building methodologies.

· Mock Assessments: Design and run mock tests, placement bootcamps, and diagnostic quizzes.





· LMS Management: Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver content, track attendance, and monitor learner analytics.

Required Experience & Background

· Domain Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience training college students—specifically B.Tech/engineering streams—for campus placements.

· Corporate Alignment: Proven success training students for major IT/Tech drives (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Hexaware, Accenture).

· Batch Management: Demonstrated ability to command large batch sizes and run high-intensity, short-duration placement bootcamps.

· Pedagogical Fit: Deep understanding of the specific conceptual gaps and math anxieties common among tech/engineering students.
