We work with HNI clients across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail categories, delivering projects pan-India across 15+ cities. With a team of 40+ design professionals and 58+ completed projects, we offer both design-only and design-plus-build services. R O L E S A N D R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S
*1. Client Acquisition and Lead Conversion*
- Own the end-to-end sales pipeline, from first connect to signed mandate
- Manage and convert marketing-qualified leads provided by the studio
- Present Chalk Studio's portfolio and design philosophy to HNI prospects with confidence and elegance
- Articulate the value of design-only and design-plus-build engagements clearly and persuasively
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations in alignment with the studio's brand standards
*2. Client Relationship Management*
- Maintain and deepen relationships with past clients to generate referrals and repeat mandates
- Serve as the primary relationship anchor for ongoing projects, ensuring a seamless and escalation-free client experience
- Proactively address client concerns before they become pain points
- Build long-term trust that positions Chalk Studio as the go-to studio in the clie
