Assistant Manager – Treasury
to strengthen our Finance function and support the organization's treasury and cash management ecosystem.

This is a high-impact role that provides the chance to work directly with the
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
and the
Chief Governance Officer (CGO)
in strengthening the organization's treasury function. The role will be instrumental in driving end-to-end treasury operations, cash flow optimization, banking relationships, financial governance, internal controls, and enterprise-wide fund visibility across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager – Treasury will play a critical role in ensuring efficient treasury operations by:





• Managing end-to-end corporate payment processing through various banking platforms while ensuring compliance with approved authorization workflows and proper documents.

• Monitoring and controlling daily fund movements, liquidity positions, and cash balances across multiple business entities and verticals.

• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements to support effective working capital planning and fund utilization.

• Developing comprehensive Treasury MIS and leadership dashboards covering:
- Cash Position
- Fund Utilization
- Pending Payments
- Collections vs. Payments
- Bank-wise Position
- Business Vertical-wise Fund Flow

• Coordinating with Procurement, Operations, Commercial, HR, Accounts, Business Heads, and Banking Partners to ensure seamless treasury operations.
