Travdigi OPC India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable company solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions,



and sales activities in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
