Mitraa is a unique lifestyle destination in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, bringing together a premium café experience with a thoughtfully curated couture and fashion retail space. We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Store Manager who can oversee our clothing store operations while ensuring a seamless customer experience across the retail space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the couture section.
- Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and maintains premium presentation standards.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling recommendations, and purchase decisions.
- Supervise inventory, stock levels, product displays, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for inventory management.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor store performance and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Manage customer queries,
feedback, and issue resolution professionally.
- Train, supervise, and schedule store staff when required.
- Ensure cleanliness, security, and smooth functioning of the retail area.
- Coordinate with the café team whenever required to maintain an exceptional overall customer experience.
- Support promotional campaigns, launches, and in-store events.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or similar role.
- Experience in fashion retail, boutique, or lifestyle stores will be preferred.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of inventory management and retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and billing/POS software.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
