Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and HR administration. It is an excellent prospect for students and recent graduates who wish to build a career in Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding and document verification processes.
- Prepare offer letters and other HR documents.
- Update recruitment trackers and daily reports.
- Assist with employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Final Year) or Graduate in HR,



Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
- MBA (HR) students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers are welcome.

Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
