What is the role?

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to monitor & manage social media platforms, create communities for the brand & tactically execute campaigns to drive brand awareness with profitable growth.

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Monitor and manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, messages, and maintaining an editorial calendar.

• Assist creating monthly, quarterly and annual plans ensuring budget vs. actual compliance on spend inputs, leads & outcome metrics.

• Hands on experience in Facebook Ads manager, audiences, campaign implementation & reporting.





• Ensure implementation of platform wise content strategy.

• Ensure all the product/ business post, Topical calendar, is followed every month.

Content curation & creation:

• Creative bent of mind & content creator / copy, concepts , ideation, communication

• Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. with agencies, in house design team.

• Create campaigns that leverage current events, cultural moments, and other relevant topics to drive engagement & increase brand awareness.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze and report social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

• Competitor analysis and analytics.

ORM Management:

• Monitor and manage the brand's online reputation on social.

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and skilled manner & escalate
