Role Description
The Plumbing Billing Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, will cover other cities from Indore. The role involves preparing and verifying Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for plumbing projects, tracking project measurements, and ensuring accurate billing based on approved drawings and site conditions. The individual will coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to validate quantities, conduct rate analysis, and resolve billing discrepancies. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining billing records,



supporting quantity surveying activities, and contributing to cost control and reporting for ongoing projects.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying for plumbing or MEP projects.
- Proficiency in Billing Systems and processes, with experience in project billing and invoicing.
- Solid Analytical Skills to perform Rate Analysis and verify quantities and costs.
- Knowledge of plumbing engineering standards, drawings, and construction practices.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams and stakeholders, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing software.
- Prior experience in construction, infrastructure, or MEP billing roles is preferred.
