Role Overview
Tessell is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth in DACH Market We are looking for someone who thrives in building markets, opening new enterprise relationships,



and driving complex modernization conversations with large customers. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, highly proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment. This role will focus heavily on net-new logo acquisition and strategic enterprise expansion across industries such as Financial Services, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, and Technology.

What You Will Do
Drive Net-New Enterprise Business
- Identify, engage, and develop enterprise opportunities across the assigned region
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline through outbound prospecting, ecosystem engagement, and executive networking
- Drive opportunities from discovery through workshops, POVs, negotiation, and closure

Work Closely with Cloud Ecosystems
- Collaborate with Microsoft, AWS, GCP and strategic partners to drive co-sell motions
- Participate in joint account planning and cloud
