Job Description – Personal Driver / Accountant

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy *Personal Driver / Accountant* to join our team in *Kottakkal, Kerala*. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling both driving responsibilities and basic accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Safely drive the employer to meetings, offices, and other required locations.

* Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and serviced on time.

* Maintain travel logs, fuel records, and vehicle documents.

* Handle daily accounting activities using *Tally Prime*.

* Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and bank transactions.

* Prepare invoices, vouchers, and maintain accurate financial records.

* Assist with bank deposits, cash handling, and document filing.





* Coordinate with management for administrative and accounting-related tasks.

*Requirements:*

* Valid LMV driving license with a good driving record.

* Basic knowledge of *Tally Prime*, MS Excel, and accounting principles.

* Positive communication and organizational skills.

* Honest, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.

* Prior experience in both driving and accounting will be preferred.
- Salary:* ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
