About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling Digital Marketing services to clients, building long-term business relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will work closely with marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to provide customized digital solutions that help clients achieve their business goals.

and close new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
- Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Meet CXOs, founders, marketing heads, and key decision-makers to understand their business objectives and propose suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Own revenue targets and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, pricing, and negotiate commercial agreements with prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Track sales activities, maintain CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and submit regular performance reports.
