A fast-scaling fintech and BFSI-focused institution in India, we’re redefining how institutional clients access equity markets through technology-driven sales strategies, data-led client insights, and seamless execution workflows. We partner with global asset managers, sovereign wealth funds, and domestic institutional investors to deliver tailored equity solutions—bridging the gap between market intelligence and actionable trade execution across domestic and cross-border mandates.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, scale, and mentor a pan-India institutional equity sales team, driving revenue targets and client acquisition across mutual funds, insurance, pension, and sovereign clients.
- Design and execute client-facing equity sales strategies aligned with market trends, sector rotations, and client portfolio mandates—leveraging real-time analytics and trader feedback.
- Own end-to-end institutional client lifecycle—from outreach and pitch customization to trade execution, feedback loop, and retention—ensuring 95%+ client satisfaction.
- Partner with research,



trading, and product teams to surface high-impact equity ideas, alpha-generating themes, and bespoke market solutions for institutional portfolios.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with CIOs, PMs, and equity desks across top-tier asset managers, ensuring top-of-mind positioning and consistent deal flow.
- Represent the firm externally at institutional investor roadshows, conferences, and client events—driving brand authority and market share.
