Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR operations for a workforce of approximately 500 employees. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in employee documentation, statutory compliance (ESIC & PF), attendance management, payroll preparation, and HR administration. Experience in retail, logistics, warehouse, or blue-collar workforce management will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers,



and exit formalities.

Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation for approximately 500 employees.

Handle employee joining documentation, KYC verification, offer letters, appointment letters, and personnel files.

Maintain daily attendance using Google Sheets/manual attendance systems and ensure accuracy of attendance records.

Prepare monthly payroll inputs by verifying attendance, leaves, overtime, incentives, and deductions, and coordinate payroll processing.

Manage ESIC, EPF, and other statutory compliance, including employee registration, exits, UAN updates, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company HR policies.

Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leave, ESIC, PF, and HR policies.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.

Generate HR MIS, attendance, payroll, and headcount reports.
