- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (both groups preferred) / CMA Inter / semi-qualified CA with a discontinued articleship, or
- Any graduate with strong, demonstrable GST compliance experience in a CA firm or a corporate indirect tax function.
- Prior CA firm experience is strongly preferred.

ATMS & Co. LLP is a multi-city professional services firm providing GST advisory, compliance, litigation, audit, CFO and wealth management services. Our Indirect Taxation practice handles a diverse portfolio ranging from listed companies and multi-state entities to quick-growing SMEs.
We are looking for a Senior Tax Executive who can independently own GST compliance for a set of clients, carry out end-to-end reconciliations,
and support the team on departmental notices, audits and advisory work. This is a hands-on role with direct client interaction and clear growth into a Team Lead position.
Key Responsibilities
1. GST Compliance
- Preparation, review and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C across single and multi-GSTIN clients.
- Timely tracking of due dates, filing calendars and client-wise compliance status.
- Computation of GST liability, RCM liability, interest and late fees.
- GSTR-2B vs. Books (purchase register) reconciliation — ITC eligibility, ineligible credit identification, vendor follow-up lists.
- GSTR-1 vs. GSTR-3B vs. Books turnover reconciliation.
- E-invoice vs. GSTR-1 reconciliation.
- ITC Reclaim / Electronic Credit Reversal & Reclaim Statement tracking.
- Turnover reconciliation with financial statements, TCS/TDS credits (e-commerce operators) and Form 26AS where relevant.
