We are looking for an experienced DAM Operations Specialist to support Digital Asset Management (DAM), metadata, taxonomy, and workflow governance within a large-scale creative automation and digital production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Digital Asset Management (DAM) operations, metadata, tagging, taxonomy, and file naming workflows.
- Support DAM setup activities, including metadata structures, folder hierarchy, and process flows.
- Ensure consistency across digital assets, templates, feeds, and delivery outputs.
- Manage asset uploads, organization, retrieval, and governance processes.
- Validate metadata quality, taxonomy alignment, and naming conventions.
- Identify workflow gaps, operational inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
- Raise and track issues, enhancement requests, and workflow dependencies.
- Maintain documentation, governance standards, and workflow best practices.




- Support workflow optimization and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate with production teams, campaign managers, designers, product teams, and global stakeholders.

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management (DAM) or related operations.
- Solid understanding of metadata, taxonomy, tagging, and file naming conventions.
- Experience managing structured workflows and governance processes.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise DAM platforms or creative automation tools.
- Knowledge of metadata governance and taxonomy management.
- Exposure to campaign operations, digital production, or creative operations.
- Experience working with localization or multi-mark
