Role Description
The Executive Press Shop will oversee daily operations within the press shop, ensuring production targets are met with required quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include monitoring press machine performance, coordinating with production and maintenance teams, and planning shift-wise work schedules. The role involves supervising press shop personnel, managing material flow, and maintaining accurate production and quality records.
The Executive Press Shop will support process improvements, participate in root-cause analysis for defects or breakdowns, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mawal.
Qualifications
- Experience in press shop or metal forming operations, including handling mechanical and hydraulic presses and related tooling.
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes, basic production planning, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with quality control practices, measurement tools, and documentation of inspection results.
- Understanding of safety standards and guidelines relevant to press shop operations and industrial environments.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate shop-floor teams, communicate clearly, and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
