Laravel experience is preferred, but a strong programming mindset is more important than knowing a specific framework.

- Knowledge of Laravel, NodeJs, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or any contemporary web technology is a plus.

- Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into quality code.

Compensation

Freshers
- ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month during the first 6 months (training/probation).
- Based on performance, salary will be revised to ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month after successful completion of the initial period.

Experienced Developers
- Salary is open for discussion based on your experience, technical skills, and project portfolio.

We are primarily looking for candidates from Bareilly and nearby locations.
