About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Logistics Coordinator
to join our Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring vehicle movements, coordinating dispatch operations, tracking deliveries,



and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics activities across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end live tracking of vehicles using GPS and temperature monitoring systems.
- Track cross-dock return vehicles and day-route deliveries for HLA and Retail operations.
- Monitor post-primary dispatches and publish tracking updates every 30 minutes in respective communication groups.
- Coordinate logistics operations for Tier-2 city dispatches.
- Liaise with system vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure minimal operational downtime.
- Create and manage Mojro routes for Tier-2 and West region trips.
- Coordinate with the dock team to capture and maintain daily operational data.
- Record opening and closing odometer readings for Tier-2 and West dispatch vehicles.
- Compile primary and secondary vehicle movement reports across Bangalore, Chennai, and other operating locations.
