We are looking for an experienced and passionate Horticulture Manager to lead and continuously enhance our award-winning gardens and green spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ornamental gardens, lawns, trees, water features, and themed landscapes.
- Develop seasonal plantation plans, flowering calendars, and plant replacement strategies.
- Lead nursery operations, propagation, and plant procurement.
- Supervise horticulture teams, contractors, irrigation systems, and maintenance schedules.
- Implement integrated pest and disease management programs.
- Maintain high-quality landscape standards throughout the resort.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure gardens remain presentation-ready.
- Introduce sustainable horticultural practices, composting, and water conservation initiatives.
- Prepare budgets, inventory, manpower planning, and monthly performance reports.

Desired Profile




- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Management, or related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in resorts, hotels, golf courses, botanical gardens, premium residential projects, or landscape companies.
- Strong knowledge of ornamental plants, irrigation, nursery management, fertilizers, pruning, and pest management.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teams.
- Passion for creating exceptional outdoor experiences.
