We’re looking for an “AI SEO and Organic Growth Specialist” who will play a pivotal role in increasing Jobma’s organic visibility across traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Gemini, etc. You will be responsible for creating and executing effective organic and AI strategies to generate high-quality leads (enterprise companies, talent acquisition leaders, HR teams, etc.), optimize CTR, and enhance brand visibility for Jobma.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve Jobma’s organic visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform technical SEO and AI search audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues related to indexing, crawlability, site architecture, page speed, structured data, and overall site health.
- Monitor and improve Jobma’s presence across AI search platforms, such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Gemini, etc.
- Conduct keyword research, topic clustering, and content gap analysis to identify high-impact growth opportunities.




- Create and optimize content across the website, blog, external publications, etc., that increases visibility in search results, featured snippets, AI overviews, and generative search experiences.
- Publish social media content and execute email campaigns on schedule with accurate targeting, quality checks, and performance tracking.
- Work closely with content, design, and development teams to execute SEO and AI SEO initiatives.
- Track organic rankings, traffic, AI search visibility, and conversion performance, and create weekly reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements and Skills
- Experience: 2-4 years.
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS / Software company is recommended.
- Experience optimizing content for AI-powered search engines, answer engines, and LLM-driven discovery platforms.
