**Are you an experienced catering sales professional with a track record of closing high-value, in office kitchen contracts?**

We are a premier catering service provider, currently setting the standard for quality and reliability at **Capgemini in Divya Tech Park, Nallurahalli, Bangalore**. We operate with **in-house kitchens** and are now ready to scale our footprint to new corporate locations across the city.

We are looking for a **Business Development Manager** who owns the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing the contract. Crucially, you must have the operational knowledge to effectively manage and scale catering services specifically within corporate sites that utilize in-house kitchens.
What You Will Do

* **End-to-End Sales:** Identify, pitch, and **close** new, large-scale corporate catering opportunities.

* **Contract Negotiation:** Lead the negotiation process,



working directly with corporate facility managers and procurement teams to finalize service-level agreements (SLAs) for on-site kitchen operations.

* **Strategic Growth:** Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts, with a specific focus on facilities requiring high-volume service (**2,000+ members**).

* **Pipeline Management:** Manage a robust pipeline, ensuring a high conversion rate from initial meeting to signed contract.
Who We Are Looking For

* **The "Closer":** A proven track record of not just finding leads, but driving the negotiation and signing of complex, high-value B2B catering contracts.

* **In-House Kitchen Expertise:** Deep experience working with or selling to corporate clients that utilize **in-house kitchen infrastructure**. You understand the unique logistics, hygiene standards, and operational demands of an on-site catering model.
