About the role

AudienceConnect is an AI-powered omnichannel DSP built on SDK-based inventory and our Appography identity layer. We serve BFSI and retail clients across India and MENA and are now expanding our international mobile supply and partnership base. This role owns that expansion: building the global publisher, SDK and OEM relationships that feed our inventory and monetization.

What you'll own:

· Build and run our global mobile supply strategy across SDK partners, publishers, mediation platforms, OEMs, DSPs and SSPs.

· Open and grow OEM supply channels (Xiaomi, Transsion, BBK group and similar), our most accessible international entry points.

· Bring in international app developers and publishers across gaming and non-gaming, and close the commercial terms.

· Grow revenue from the international publisher and advertiser network, working with sales and ops on onboarding and campaign delivery.

· Represent Audience Connect at industry events and turn them into pipeline.



Track competitive moves and new tech across the mobile advertising space.

What you need:

· 10+ years in mobile advertising, Adtech, performance marketing or international mobile business development.

· A live network of international publishers, SDK companies, ad networks and mobile partners you can activate quickly.

· Hands-on grounding in UA, CPI/CPA/ROAS, app monetization, SDK integration, programmatic and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).

· A track record of closing and growing partnerships with large publishers and known mobile brands.

· Robust negotiation and stakeholder skills, and the ability to run independently in an early-stage setup.

Nice to have:

· Existing OEM, SDK and global publisher relationships you can bring on day one.

· Experience across gaming, fintech, e-commerce, utility and entertainment apps.

· Deep knowledge of Android and iOS monetization models
