Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager-Pune to oversee multiple restaurant locations for Maiz Kitchens. The Area Manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, ensuring the highest quality guest experience, and leading a team of managers and staff. This leadership position requires someone with a proven track record in restaurant management, a passion for food and hospitality, and strong leadership skills to drive Maiz's continued success and growth.





The candidate must be based in Pune.

*Key Responsibilities*

Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple Maiz Kitchen locations, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures. Ensure all locations are running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction, food quality, and safety.

Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead and mentor a team of Restaurant Managers, and support staff. Provide coaching, training, and development to ensure high-performing teams and a positive work environment. Inspire the team to achieve goals, improve productivity, and foster growth within the organization.

Financial Performance:
- Manage and review financials for each location, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, reduce costs, and increase profitability. Analyse sales data, labour costs, inventory management, and other financial metrics to meet and exc
